1. Can the mounting accessories be ordered separately?
Yes. The recessed mounting kit, suspension kit and rod-mounting accessory can be ordered separately according to the required installation method. Ceiling, wall and flag mounting normally use the standard luminaire body without an additional accessory. For track mounting, please order the complete track-mounted version.
2. What is the difference between the 25 m and 30 m versions?
The main difference is the rated viewing distance and the corresponding pictogram panel size. The 25 m version is suitable for standard corridors, offices and smaller commercial areas, while the 30 m version provides better visibility for larger public spaces, shopping centres, warehouses and long corridors. Please contact us for the exact dimensions of each version.
3. Is the exit sign available in maintained and non-maintained versions?
Yes. Both maintained and non-maintained versions are available.In maintained mode, the exit pictogram remains illuminated during normal mains operation and continues operating from the battery if the power fails. In non-maintained mode, the sign switches on only during a mains power failure.
4. How does the self-test function work?
The optional self-test version automatically checks the light source, battery, charging circuit and emergency operation at programmed intervals. The LED indicator displays the operating or fault status, helping maintenance personnel identify battery, charging or light-source problems more efficiently. A manual-test version with a test button is also available. Detailed indicator meanings and test cycles are provided in the installation manual.
5. What is the warranty for the battery?
The LiFePOu2084 battery is covered by a 2-year warranty. The luminaire body and electrical components are covered by a 5-year warranty under normal operating and installation conditions.
6. Can you provide customized packaging?
Yes. Color boxes, brown boxes, labels, manuals and carton markings can be customized.
7. What are the MOQ?
300 pcs per model for a standard brown box with a customized label.
