1. Is this emergency bulkhead available in maintained and non-maintained versions?
Yes. Maintained and non-maintained versions are available. In maintained mode, the light operates during normal mains supply and remains illuminated during a power failure. In non-maintained mode, the emergency LEDs operate only when the mains power fails.
2. What is the emergency operating duration?
The standard emergency duration is 3 hours after a full charge, making the luminaire suitable for escape routes, corridors, stairways, warehouses and other commercial or public buildings.
3. Is a self-test version available?
Yes. Both manual-test and self-test versions are available. The self-test version automatically checks the battery, emergency light source and charging circuit at scheduled intervals, helping reduce manual inspection and maintenance work.
4. Can the mounting accessories be ordered separately?
Yes. The recessed mounting kit, wall-mounted exit sign kit and ceiling-mounted exit diffuser kit can be ordered separately. This allows distributors and project customers to use one standard emergency light body for different installation requirements.
5. Can the light be used as an emergency exit sign?
Yes. The standard emergency bulkhead can be combined with an optional wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted exit sign diffuser kit. Different exit legends and arrow directions can be supplied according to project and market requirements.
6. What installation methods are supported?
The emergency light can be surface-mounted on a wall or ceiling. Recessed installation is also available with the optional recessed mounting kit. Exit sign configurations are available with optional wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted diffuser accessories.
